Description:
The Extension of Le Gray Hotel encompasses a comprehensive upgrade that includes the addition of 16 suites and rooms, along with operator offices on the first floor. Furthermore, the project entails the creation of two main entrances, one on the virgin side and the other on the Tueini side, both boasting a newly reimagined façade.
The Ground floor is enriched with a central main lobby and a lobby lounge, offering a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance to guests. Additionally, the renowned Gordon Café undergoes an extension to further enhance its offerings.
The extension project also accommodates two meeting rooms, a ballroom, a screening room, public toilets, and an industrial kitchen.
In addition to the Basement 1 level, which accommodates offices dedicated to the operator, the extension project also incorporates meeting rooms, a screening room, and ballrooms.

La PizzAria
Description:
The project consists of the complete job, from conceptual design to fit out of a two floors small restaurant with a professional kitchen and an oven that serves and deliver pizza. The passionate and hard worker owner had an experience in Napoli and wanted to bring it to Beirut. The interior was demolished and the closed windows were re-opened to shade the light inside the space. A new layout was conceived and a metallic structure was installed to define the two floors.
