The Akar residence stands as a testament to harmonizing contemporary aesthetics with the untouched beauty of its environment, creating a captivating abode that celebrates nature's allure while providing a serene haven for its inhabitants.

ITICO Pharma - Al Ghassanieh, Saida, Lebanon.

ITICO Pharma: Located in AL GHASSANIEH, SAIDA, ITICO Pharma is a visionary project comprising three fully integrated greenfield Pharmaceutical Plants, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

For this exceptional venture, the pharmaceutical engineering services are entrusted to the esteemed GLATT ngenieurtechnik GmbH, renowned for its expertise and innovation in the field. 

The facility is strategically designed to cater to the production of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), Oral Liquid Dosage (OLD), Parenteral Sterile products, and a centralized Quality Control Laboratory. 

This comprehensive approach ensures seamless and efficient manufacturing processes, adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Maison M - Jounieh, Keserwan, Lebanon.

Description:

Through meticulous restoration, Maison M has been lovingly revived to embody the timeless charm and rich cultural heritage of traditional Lebanese architecture, infused with the influences of Mediterranean countries.

Situated in the heart of the historical town of Jounieh, this exquisite renovation project showcases the seamless integration of locally sourced materials, including stone, clay, and wooden beams. 

These carefully selected elements not only enhance the dwelling's comfort and functionality but also exude an air of elegance, all while honoring the inherent authenticity of the house.

The restoration of Maison M stands as a testament to preserving the cherished architectural legacy of the region while offering a refined living space that harmoniously blends tradition with contemporary comforts. 

This splendid revival breathes new life into the cherished past, creating a dwelling that captures the essence of Lebanon's architectural heritage, providing a haven of timeless beauty and enduring cultural significance.

 Le Gray Hotel's extension- JV with Fundamentals

Description:

The Extension of Le Gray Hotel encompasses a comprehensive upgrade that includes the addition of 16 suites and rooms, along with operator offices on the first floor. Furthermore, the project entails the creation of two main entrances, one on the virgin side and the other on the Tueini side, both boasting a newly reimagined façade.

The Ground floor is enriched with a central main lobby and a lobby lounge, offering a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance to guests. Additionally, the renowned Gordon Café undergoes an extension to further enhance its offerings. 

The extension project also accommodates two meeting rooms, a ballroom, a screening room, public toilets, and an industrial kitchen.

In addition to the Basement 1 level, which accommodates offices dedicated to the operator, the extension project also incorporates meeting rooms, a screening room, and ballrooms.

Location: Beirut Martyr Square, Bab El Seray.

The Cavalli Club restaurant serves as a true testament to the harmonious blend of luxury, functionality, and artistic vision, solidifying its position as an esteemed destination for connoisseurs of fine dining and refined ambiance..

La PizzAria

Description: 

The project consists of the complete job, from conceptual design to fit out of a two floors small restaurant with a professional kitchen and an oven that serves and deliver pizza. The passionate and hard worker owner had an experience in Napoli and wanted to bring it to Beirut. The interior was demolished and the closed windows were re-opened to shade the light inside the space. A new layout was conceived and a metallic structure was installed to define the two floors.
